Used Car Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service need.
• Understanding customers’ requirements and concerns; matching requirements and concerns to various service options.
• Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories and attend product training as required.
• Assisting in Hiring new employees
• Training and Coaching Your Team
• Be involved in the service drive, desk, and shop
• Creating & achieving goals, for Effective Labor Rate, ASR percentages, Hours Per RO, Xtime Utilization, etc.
• Must have warranty work completed, submitted & paid in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor is required or two years of Service Management Experience
• The ability to lead a group of people and keep them engaged
• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
• Driver’s License
• Background Screening
