We are a premier mid-size full-service general contractor servicing the Greater Charlotte, NC area and surrounding cities. We have a rich 30-year history of providing our clients with exceptional projects delivered on time and surpassing their expectations. Our project mix is diverse with general commercial, hospitality, retail, and industrial, but our primary focus is multi-family mixed-use.

Our revenues are exceeding $100M, and we are bringing new projects online in Q4. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to guide and oversee multiple projects and project teams.

Job Details

• We are looking for experienced Project Managers with Multi-Family project experience or other large commercial projects in the $10M-$30M range
• The role of the Senior PM is to oversee 1-3 active projects while providing guidance and leadership to their Project Managers at APMs
• Candidates should have 5+ Years of experience as a Project Manager, successfully managing their projects
• Senior PM should enjoy being client-facing as well as providing mentorship to up-and-coming construction managers
