We are conducting search for Program Manager for one of our clients. This will be an on-site position based in Wilmington or RTP, North Carolina. Position Program Manager – Veeva Location Wilmington or RTP, North Carolina Job Length 6 Months Position Type W2C2C Requirements Serves as the program thought leader for overseeing complex interrelated projects andor programs from initiation through delivery. Represents the department to internal and external clients on complex project and program design and execution matters directly, contributing solutions and efficiencies. Serves as consultant and spokesperson for the functional area on highly significant matters relating to operations, scheduling or specific phases of project or contracts. Creates formal networks involving coordination among groups. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must have experience managing a major(s) enterprise or global Program Experience working on Clinical applications is a plus (eTMF, CTMS, Safety systems, etc.) Must be PMP certified and must have experience working with a CRO or in Clinical Organize overall CTMS Implementation Program and workstream (sub-project) and activities Develop the strategic direction for the overall Program delivery Create and manage long-term Program schedules, risks logs, decision logs and action logs Develop a budget and operating plan for the program. Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement Write review Program funded proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years’ related professional experience including managing projects and or financials) or equivalent combination of education, training, experience Project management certification Regards, Princeton IT Services
