Description/Job SummaryThe General Manager in Training is responsible to actively participate in all aspects of Components Sales, Design, and Manufacturing to gain the experience necessary to be promoted into the role of General Manager.Once promoted, the General Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and direction of business growth.

Obtaining profit contributions by managing staff; establishing and accomplishing all business objectives.Responsibilities/DutiesComplete responsibility of Profit and Loss of Plant.Oversee inventory controlOversee equipment maintenance programOversee continuous improvement program in all areasEvaluation and development of staff and leadershipIncrease management effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, coaching, disciplining managers.Communicating values, strategies and objectivesDeveloping an environment where the offering of information and opinions are appreciated and expected.Develop strategic goals by studying technology and financial opportunities; then recommending ideas.Creating action plans for departments; design, production, and salesBuild company image by collaborating with customers, community organizations and employees.Preferred SkillsAble to read and write and speak EnglishAble to read and write and speak Spanish, or be willing to learnPreferred Education4 year degree preferred, prior experience in leading / managing teams is necessary Required QualificationsMust be willing to relocateMust have good leadership skillsMust have good interpersonal skillsMust have excellent problem-solving skillsMust be able to work under pressureAdditional qualifications of successfully passing 84’s pre-employment process, including but not limited to math, PSI and drug tests as well as a background checkDetailsWork EnvironmentThe work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Individual is exposed to the noise levels consistent with building (hammering) and the operation of large, commercial saws.

Individual is exposed to the saw dust generated by commercial saws.
