Our location in currently has a Remote opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst, Sales Operations .

An integral part of the US ARDx Finance team, this position is responsible for the management of sales compensation plans and sales analytics for the Infectious Disease – Developed and Cardiometabolic business units within the US Segment of Abbott Rapid Diagnostics.The role will lead the design and development support for the implementation of compensation plans.

In addition to the sales compensation plans, this role will provide finance support that ensures data integrity, accurate calculations, and robust analysis.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Manage monthly sales compensation packages/workbooks.

Build and provide monthly compensation accruals in support of the FP&A team.

Lead support to sales leadership as a key liaison for sales performance management.

Support sales personnel onboarding to include new hire orientation on sales compensation plans, sales analytics access and sales commission training.

Works closely with sales analytic team to help sales reps examine performance levels.

Manages/design compensation programs for 32 roles and over 225 sales personnel.

Works closely with the commercial and finance leadership to provide analytics support.

Develop and build incentive compensation KPIs Design and manage SPIFFS and MBO programs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING Required Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field Minimum 4 years of business analyst experience Experience managing incentive compensation programs or similar relevant experience Experience involving extensive work with complex spreadsheets/programs and use of databases for analyzing financial data Preferred In-depth analytical skills and the ability to convey complex concepts Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while maintaining a results-driven approach Persistence and a strong task orientation balanced with excellent teamwork, listening skills and diplomacy The ability to perform well under pressure, and adjust to changing priorities, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and meet urgent deadlines Outstanding oral communication, written and presentation skills Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize on a consistent basis in an ever-changing environment Ability to develop structure and processes WHAT WE OFFER At Abbott, you can have a good job that can grow into a great career.
