Description:The Inside Sales Representative is an essential part of the Newborn Screening (NBS) team, owning assigned customer satisfaction in Baebies products and services by building meaningful customer relationships, assuring consistent, accurate and timely sales deliverables, The Inside Sales Representative also serves as the customer advocate within Baebies to drive continuous improvements based on customer insights.

Baebies Sales representatives will work on a close knit team including customer technical support, marketing, and business unit leadership to maintain customer accounts, identify opportunities, and help develop business opportunities from inception through final contracting.Duties and responsibilities
· Build productive relationships with assigned customer lab leadership.Identify pain points and satisfaction improvement opportunities with Baebies products and services.

Advocate for the customer needs internally with Baebies organization.
· Maintain sales forecast of assigned customers.Track known product usage rates per customer, and forecast next order timing.Communicate changes to Operations team to enable production planning.
· Manage coordination of recurring orders with existing customers.Proactively communicate with customers to initiate the Purchase Order process based on forecast and applicable lead times.Obtain customer purchase orders, and coordinate fulfillment with Operations.
· Monitor market trends and gain competitive intelligence.Federal and State legislative initiatives that may impact the NBS business.Competitor product marketing, pricing, updates, new customers, etc.
· Partner with NBS team to identify new target customers.
· Maintain detailed documentation of all customer communication in HubSpot.
· Develop and maintain full technical understanding of Baebies products and services..Requirements:
· Bachelors in Science or Engineering (biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, medical technology)
· 2-5 years in a sales, marketing, or customer facing scientific support role, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
· Creative written communication and strong verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt communication to various audiences.
· Energetic, results-driven with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
· Strong business acumen
· Strong customer service skills
· Ability to operate independently and as part of a team
· Ability and willingness to learn current and new technology
