Demonstrates clinical expertise through the integration of advanced skills, knowledge and competencies in a self-governing practice Plans, implements, evaluates, delegates and supervises ongoing professional nursing care for assigned patients. What qualifications you will need: Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Preferred Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing. Required License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON. Certificate: BLS Healthcare Provider Certification: Board certified in Wound and Ostomy within two years of accepting position. Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of recent clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years in an acute care setting. Must possess critical thinking skills, the ability to assess patients, proficiency in organizing resources, and establishing priorities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to analyze, develop, and maintain efficient office flow, identify and resolve problems, and delegate effectively. Must demonstrate reliability and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Must have a proven record of working autonomously and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional literature, technical proposals and reports and be able to effectively educate others. Preferred Experience: Board certified in Wound and Ostomy with 3 years clinical experience. This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
