Paws & Claws Animal Hospital is searching for a full time Associate Veterinarian. We are a growing small animal and exotic practice located in beautiful Wilmington NC! Our practice is less than a 5 minute drive from the beach, close enough to enjoy a peaceful lunch break.

At Paws & Claws Animal Hospital, we practice high quality, proactive medicine, and our customer service oriented team is committed to providing the best in patient care and client education. We have a well-equipped modern facility with a committed team. Our practice includes digital x-ray, exotics, advanced dentistry and advanced orthopedics. We also offer state of the art laser therapy and boarding.

Our team enjoys working together and we have a positive, professional and upbeat working environment. We are interested in a veterinarian who wants to offer the best care to our clients/patients and is also willing to have some fun at work.

An average of 45 hrs. per week will be expected, including some evenings, on call shifts and Saturdays. Experience with exotics or a willingness to learn is a must. Additionally you must be licensed in North Carolina. New Grads welcome! Salary commensurate with experience.
