You propel revenue by combining your business and technical expertise to guide Sales Representatives towards prosperity by assigning accounts using our sales client resource management (CRM) tool.

You ensure territory balance by adjusting the CRM as a result of turnover and changes related to Sales management and representative staffing.

n nYou possess an intimate knowledge of the current market and effectively enhance the client experience while increasing sales.

You have a keen ability for identifying roadblocks and overcoming obstacles to see your objectives met efficiently and effectively.

You thrive in an office environment supporting Sales Representatives within an assigned territory and traveling as needed to achieve company goals.

What you will do: n Drive the achievement of company financial and performance goals through the administration of territory strategy in alignment with the Sales Rules of Engagement.

Maximize the Sales team through a deep understanding of their processes and serve as a subject matter expert for Sales leadership on territory strategy execution within an assigned territory.

Enhance the sales process through daily interactions with Sales leadership at all levels to review and improve territories and plan for new territories.

Optimize market coverage through territory design recommendations.

Increase sales for midmarket, strategic territories and modules through the development, balancing and maintenance of all applicable sales roles.

Improve sales representative performances through regular one on one reviews and audits of Keep Accounts designations.

Boost data integrity within the CRM by partnering with internal stakeholders in the organization.

Ensure client satisfaction by supporting territory management user case queue requests, strategic planning and sales initiatives.

Regularly analyze, draw and implement territories in Sales CRM using our territory optimization software.

Generate ad hoc reports to provide analytics on assigned territories for senior leadership to leverage Required keys for success: n One or more years of sales CRM experience with Salesforce or Siebel.

Three or more years of business operations experience.

Demonstrated understanding of a sales CRM systems administration.

History of managing projects for internal clients and developing effective relationships with leaders at all levels.

Knowledgeable of U.S.

geography and demographics.

Solid ability to accurately categorize businesses by enterprise vertical.

Deadline-driven with the ability to execute against short time frames.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and working with large datasets.

Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

How you will stand out from the crowd: n Two or more years of experience in accounting, finance or sales operations.

Experience with territory optimization software, such as TerrAlign, MapAnything or other geo-based application.

Confident in preparing and conducting data-driven presentations.

Proven issue resolution skills with the ability to make decisions for multiple projects simultaneously while working under pressure.

Your education: n Bachelor?s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
