The Cyber Security Defense and Monitoring (CSDM) team within the Information and Cyber Security (ICS) Organization has a great opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual to develop and implement strategies to support Wells Fargo’s business objectives. This individual will work with the CSD&M leadership team and partner with Information and Cyber Security (ICS) Business Services to develop and implement resource allocation strategies to support CSD&M management of team financials, oversight of projects, produce reporting and presentations, provide BSL support, and produce ongoing Management Routines.

Additional responsibilities include: management of STAMP, Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) system, managing travel and training approvals, coordinating workspace strategy, partnering with finance and ICS Business Office teams, and producing process documentation.  This position will span a team with diverse functions and as such will also be asked to assist with special initiatives, which could include audit support or special projects.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technology experience
  • 3+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
  • 2+ years of experience with one or a combination of the following: compiling and preparing executive summaries, presentations for management and senior leaders.
  • 2+ years of experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel
  • 2+ years of information security experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • 2+ years of budget management experience
  • 1+ year of JIRA experience
  • 1+ year of banking management experience
  • Ability to coordinate processes or projects and compile documentation
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management and implementation in a technical environment
