About This Opportunity Responsibilities: Job SummaryFocused on executingtalent management programs and initiativestostrengthen talent and maximize the success of our business.

This includes but is not limited toPerformance Management, Succession Planning,Human Resource Planning (HRP), Talent Data Management, Assessments,Change Management,andLeadership Development.

The successful candidate will havea strong bias for action,a commitment toexceed the expectations of internal customers,a business-first approach,excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability and willingness to thrive in ambiguity, strong database management anddataanalysis skills,andstrong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Additional details of the role include:Work collaboratively withHR partners, HRIS team, IT, and vendorstounderstand and assessTalent Managementneedsfor specific functions/rolesand recommend solutionsAssist in our annual Human Resource Planning (HRP) Process, which encompassesgoal-setting, performance appraisals,succession planning,and performance feedbackCreate and refine talent data management processes/systems to ensure accurate, reliable, and efficient access to critical informationApply advanced analysis and talent data management to inform recommendations for talent decisionsDevelop and implement user-friendly and high-impact talent management tools that help our business leaders drive transformation and achieve business goalsAssist in the creation and execution of Leadership Development and/or High Potential programsAssist in the creation and implementation ofeffective Change Management plans and practices to increase speed of adoptionof talent programs across both Corporate and Field talent poolsResearch the latest knowledge and best-practices around talent managementPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications: QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, HR, I/OPsychologyor related field required;Graduate degreein I/O psychology or closely related fieldstrongly preferredMinimum of 1 year of relevant Talent Management work experiencePrevious consulting (internal or external) and/or business experience requiredStrong project management, planning and organizational skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsExcellent MS Office skills
