This commitment to making homeownership a reality is made possible through a unique business model that leverages data and analytic capabilities on Home Partners’ technology-enabled operating platform.Your Role:The Residential Property Inspector main objective is to conduct walks including a pre-move-out consultation and retention visit with residents, vacant property walks and spot check quality control visits for in-progress and completed projects.

Through these functions, the residential property inspector sets the stage for the relationship between Pathlight and the resident.

This is a field position requiring working from home or remotely and the use of a personal vehicle.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEstablish trust and develop a good working relationship with our valued residentsResponsible for pre-move-out consultation with residentsResponsible for retention visits with residentsResponsible for asset management during vacancy by performing on-site visitResponsible for performing spot check quality control checks on in-progress projectsResponsible for supporting the eviction process and appearing in courtMay assist in HOA violation documentation and rental registration processesMay assist in mid-lease property evaluation and occupancy checkConduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state and federal regulationsAttend scheduled mentoring and coaching sessions and training classes as assigned, as well as regular meetings on policy, process, procedures, KPI monitoring and budget tracking with Upper ManagementRequirements:Possess a strong passion for customer service and success to achieve goalsPossess strong organizational and time management skillsPossess a strong passion for continuous developmentBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experienceAccess to a reliable insurable vehicle and active Driver LicenseAbility to absorb new software and toolsAbility to work both autonomously and collaboratively with colleaguesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalKnowledge of Home Partners policies on repairs, budgets, and authorizationsKnowledge of home systems, renovation and repair & maintenanceHome Partners of America and Pathlight Property management is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
