We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of FPC.

This individual will be a vital member of the FPC team with responsibility for the overall program which includes program strategy, business development, leading client engagements, and team management.

This role reports directly to the Fidelity Charitable Senior Vice President of Investments and Programs.nn nn The Expertise You Have nn We’re looking for a motivated, flexible, and customer-focused individual with deep knowledge of philanthropic sector, expertise in corporate philanthropy, and passion for business development.

nn The ideal candidate will possess: nn 10+ years of proven experience in consulting and/or business development, corporate philanthropy, and/or non-profit sector.

Demonstrated success creating new and growing programs through deepening relationships with prospects and clients in both B2B and B2C models.

5+ years running high achieving performing teams.

nn The Skills You Bring nn Your experience cultivating and expanding relationships with prospects and clients.

Your critical thinking and execution, attention to details, creative problem-solving, and an orientation towards helping the whole team realize its goals.

nn The Value You Deliver nn Developing new programs for internal and external relationships across various FMR business units including Fidelity Workplace Investing, Private Wealth Management, Family Office Services, and Fidelity Clearing & Custody Solutions to identify, qualify and advance leads, including the development of proposals, RFP responses, marketing material and event strategies.

Crafting program level and individual goals that accelerate achievement of FPCs business objectives.

Motivating the team to deliver innovative offerings including corporate social responsibility programs, researching and communicating funding opportunities, providing thought leadership, developing grant agreements, and evaluating giving strategies.
