Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support to Honeywell executives, including the Vice President of Investor Relations, Vice President of Business Planning & Analysis, and Vice President of Finance Digital Transformation. You will work closely with business leaders across Honeywell and enjoy a lot of interaction with external shareholders, and the broader financial and investment community. You will contribute to a team of highly committed professionals who’s organizational and communication skills ensure smooth travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning and other administrative business processes. Key Responsibilities: Position supports: Head of HR and Communications for SPS, 2 CLT based HRVPs, and Communications · Executive Calendar Management for VP HR and assisting all VP direct staff when needed setting up meetings, conf. room management, meeting logistics, agendas, ppt decks, mtg. notes etc. · Monthly Operations Review planning including offsite event planning · All travel planning domestic and international including private corporate transformation. · Interview scheduling · I-9 Administrator for Honeywell Corporate HQ · HQ Emergency Response Team ” Floor Warden” including specialized training · Assist SPS Comms team with proofreading internal communications and Townhall preparations · Assist Talent Management team with Monthly Talent Reviews planning for each GBE · Office Supplies focal point for SPS in NC01 (ordering through Compass) · Ombudsprocess email focal point · Manage All SPS HR Org charts YOU MUST HAVE High School Diploma 5+ years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant WE VALUE Ability to juggle many priorities and competing demands easily and effectively Individuals who are self-motivated and do things before being asked by others or forced to by events Ability to focus on important information and identify key details Professional and courteous communication Strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy in a variety of Microsoft and web-based programs Highly dependable and trustworthy and able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines Prior administrative assistant experience Prior experience in investor relations or broader finance a plus Associate’s or other degree preferred Additional Information JOB ID: req386520 Category: Business Management Location: 855 S Mint St,Charlotte,North Carolina,28202,United States Nonexempt Early Career (ALL) Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
