Communications Specialist

We are seeking a Communication Specialist to oversee and implement all communication activities for our client’s Customer Connect Support Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing communication templates and tools, establishing support processes and communication channels, and building comprehensive communication plans to support production-related activities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or Business, as well as 3 years of related work experience. If you have a Master’s degree and 13 years of experience, even better! You should also have experience working with diverse teams, managing multiple tasks and projects, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
