Process and payment of vendor invoices in a timely fashion.
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation, general ledger account codes, and approvals prior to payment.
Process accounts payable for multiple companies with shared services.
Enter invoices into accounting package, prepare and review check registers with management weekly, prepare checks, obtain signatures and mail to vendors with appropriate supporting documentation.
Oversee third party application for electronic check processing.
Research and resolve accounts payable related transaction discrepancies.
Perform electronic filing of accounts payable invoices, W-9s, and other related documentation.
Process 1099s for vendors and patients.
Reconcile credit card statements to Concur.
Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Details

Associates Degree in Accounting, Business and/or Finance from a two-year college or university
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable (with multiple companies or shared service setup preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, customer service, time management and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information accurately, appropriately and with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Netsuite, and/or related accounting software applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
