Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a a Sr. Recruiter – Banking and Finance job in Raleigh, NC.

  • Pay:                       $44.00/hr  
  • Shift/Hours:       8A – 5P
  • Responsibilities for the Sr. Recruiter job include, but are not limited to:
    The Talent Acquisition Specialist independently manages the search for client groups. Manages the full lifecycle of staffing processes; to include networking and pipelining. Engages and leverages business partners, such as
    Human Resource Managers, Hiring Managers, and Leadership Development to achieve results and deliver on Staffing plans.
    SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Managing client and candidate relationships at the professional level
    • Full life-cycle staffing process management-
    • Able to effectively manage 35-60 openings at any one time
    • Effectively screen candidates/applicants to generate qualified applicant pipeline to present to hiring manager for interview process, facilitate interview debrief sessions and extend offers
    • Collaborate with hiring manager to solidify recruiting strategy
    • Recommend and create new sourcing ideas to improve applicant quality and flow; employing traditional sourcing strategies, social media strategy, impactful hiring event execution and various grass root efforts
    • Proactively address fulfillment gaps and forthcoming class hiring needs
    • Track candidate status, class fulfillment progress as well awareness if risk to fulfill by the start date is compromised
    • Continuous networking and pipelining to identify external applicant pool with the assistance of our business partners
    • Experience with time, task and priority management
    • Stay abreast of Finance industry, market conditions & market intelligence
    • Demonstrate diversity of thought, culture and background
    Required experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years full cycle recruiting experience (IT, Finance, IB Operations), including external sourcing and inhouse talent pipelining required.
  • Experience applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, building preferred supplier lists, recruitment advertising, web tools etc.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Solutions/Systems to manage both a process but effectively mine as a talent database, ie. LinkedIn, Workday,
  • Impeccable business partnering skills.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Demonstrated capability to design, create, and communicate strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional customer service, stakeholder management, and candidate relationship skills.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to provide specific examples of building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes, ie. improving the recruitment process.
  • Excellent Excel knowledge and capability to manipulate and make sense of data.
  • Must demonstrate a track record of a strong work ethic, proactive problem solving, excellent follow-up skills, and superior detail orientation.
