This is a Contract position in High Point, NC posted January 15, 2022.

Overview: The successful candidate will have responsibility for overseeing the execution of all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process for various roles within our dental offices.

The position will primarily be responsible for attracting and bringing to employment talented and high performing individuals in various clinical roles.

The successful candidate will have some experience in recruitment; agency experience is welcome.

Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal relationship skills are essential.

Responsibilities: Build successful relationships with business partners, dental directors and managers to understand needsProactively reach out to candidates via web based methods, social media, professional meetings, trade shows and other sourcesAssist in development of materials to be used in the recruiting processManage candidates through recruitment cycle ensuring a positive experienceConduct telephone and in-person interviews with potential candidatesProactively coordinate with dental directors, office managers and senior management team for interview and hiring processMaintain consistent presence in local dental trade schools and deepen relationships with key leaders at the schoolsOngoing development of relationships with potential candidates via a variety of methods, including career events at dental trade schools, hosting events in the dental community, targeted mailings, emails, etc.Manage candidates via applicant tracking system (ATS)Develop strong pipelines of potential candidates for Dental Assistants and Patient Care Representatives in new markets throughout New EnglandManage image of 42 North Dental and affiliates within the profession through events and continuing education opportunitiesDevelop and disseminate reporting & metrics to enhance the recruitment experience and processServe as the point of contact for all extern/internship programsSupport the onboarding process, ensuring new employees have a position employment experienceThis is a hybrid role
– you will need to work in our Waltham, MA office a few days/week Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years experience in professional recruitment roleGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office ProductsExperience working effectively with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); ICIMS a plusStrong working knowledge of labor laws and requirementsWillingness to travel as requiredAbility to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersWillingness to work outside of normal business hoursSelf-starter with the ability to work well with other team membersAbility to deliver resultsStrong negotiation and influencing skillsEducation:BS or BACompensation:Commensurate with experience.
