This Nurse Manager of Clinical Quality and Accreditation will lead efforts to ensure organizational compliance and readiness in the areas of clinical quality and patient safety standards, as well as regulations required by the Joint Commission and other accreditation entities. This RN Manager will plan, implement, coordinate, and continually work and research to improve the facility’s efforts as they relate to compliance, accreditation, and licensure. 

It is required that this RN Manager of Clinical Quality and Accreditation have a BSN as well as 5+ years of experience in one of the following: accreditation, licensing, regulatory compliance, quality, performance improvement, and/or patient safety within an acute care setting. Previous experience at a Magnet designated healthcare facility is a plus, as is a Master’s degree, but neither are required. This RN must also have previous leadership experience within one of the above areas listed.
