Position Information: The Respiratory Therapist provides respiratory care services to all age groups including invasive and non-invasive ventilator management, airway management, aerosol medication administration, chest physical therapy, routine and advanced oxygen therapy, blood gas acquisition and analysis, pulmonary function testing, electrocardiogram acquisition and management, code blue and rapid response participation, neonatal resuscitation support at high risk infant deliveries, ventilator patient transport, and respiratory-focused patient teaching.

Experience Requirements: 1 Year Clinical
– Respiratory Therapy Preferred Education Required: Associate’s Degree Respiratory Therapy Required Licensure/Certification Requirements: Certified Respiratory Therapist Required
– And Registered Respiratory Therapist Required
– And Basic Life Support Required
– And Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support And Pediatric Advanced Life Support And Neonatal Resuscitation Program Required
– Within 1 Year of Hire Hours of Work: 12 hr days Weekend Requirements: As Needed Call Requirements: yes
