Registered Nurse

Insight global is looking for RN’s to work for a large hospital system Charlotte, NC. There is a large variety of specialties open, but they are very focused on hiring for the the emergency department. Under general supervision, the Registered Nurse provides individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level utilizing the principles and practices of the nursing process; delivers safe and effective care and interacts with other members of the health care team to achieve desired results.

-Licensure as a registered nurse by the North Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.

-Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.

-Minimum of 1 year of work experience

-Current BSN or willingness to obtain a BSN within 4 years of hire

-Willingness to learn and the ability to think on their feet
