A hospital in North Carolina is actively seeking a Clinical RN Manager Oncology to join their team. This is a full-time position working for a top-ranked health system that provides care to patients throughout the state. 

An opportunity to work for a renowned health system in North Carolina doesn’t come around often. This health system is known for the acute care hospitals, clinics, outpatient programs, ongoing research, and speciality practices, throughout the state. The Clinical RN Manager Oncology will work for a 600+ bed, Magnet designated hospital known for their women and children services, oncology, surgical program, emergency services, rehabilitation, and behavioral health services. 

The Clinical RN Manager Oncology will work for an acute care hospital known for their extensive oncology services, including their world-class, board certified specialists, ongoing research and clinical trials, along with their state-of-the art technology and implemented techniques. The Clinical RN Manager Oncology will lead a team over a 30+ bed inpatient oncology unit which cares for Stem Cell, Bone Marrow, Solid Tumor, T-Cell Therapy, Leukemia, and several other oncology patients. Responsibilities of the Clinical RN Manager Oncology include staff scheduling, evaluations, payroll, updating policy procedure, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the unit. The Clinical RN Manager Oncology will be a visible leader who is excited to lead, mentor, and educate a team of 60+ specialized nurses, new grads, technicians, and ancillary staff. 

Ideally the Clinical RN Manager Oncology will be a registered nurse with previous clinical experience working in an inpatient oncology setting. Additionally, the Clinical RN Manager Oncology should have charge nurse, supervisor, or assistant nurse experience, and hold (or be open to obtaining) an Oncology Certification.
