Position Information:
The Lead Ambulatory Care Nurse is responsible for clinical duties and the performance of all patient services as assigned in the department. Assists the division leadership in the workflow coordination of employees. The Lead Nurse works with leaders to assist staff with the performance of duties, educational programs, orientation, and the ongoing training of employees. Identifies opportunities to improve patient safety, services, and operation workflow. Participates in projects and programs designed to reduce error, improve safety, improve quality and improve patient experience.

Experience Requirements:
2 Years Nursing – Related Area Required – And Education – Nursing And/Or Supervisory Preferred

Education Required:
Graduate Nursing Required – And Bachelor’s Degree Nursing Preferred

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Registered Nurse Required

Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm

Weekend Requirements:
No Weekends
