RS&H is seeking enthusiastic detail oriented Civil Engineering graduates with 0 to 2 years of experience for full time employment in our Glen Allen, Abingdon, or Salem Virginia offices. Successful candidates will assist with various design related assignments, varied analysis, and varied field duties on transportation projects primarily for state and local governments in Virginia and the southeast. Potential candidates include recent graduates as well, with broad civil engineering coursework and working experiences.
Successful candidates will assist in the development of construction plans, right of way plans, cost estimates, bid documents, various calculations, and quantity takeoffs under the direction of licensed civil engineers. Candidates with skills and coursework in multiple disciplines of civil engineering are desired. The successful candidate will be required to perform certain duties in a field setting including active construction sites.
