Traveling Construction SuperintendentNorth Carolina based General Contractor has IMMEDIATEopening for Traveling/Working Construction Superintendent to oversee renovation of warehouse/trucking terminals and offices.
Position requires 100% travel (home every 2 to 4 weeks), and is a working superintendent position.
We are seeking EXPERIENCED Superintendent (minimum 8 years superintendent experience) with experience in all areas of construction.
Strong leadership and project management skills are essential in this position that will involve directing company employees and multiple sub-contractors.
Must have good communication skills, be able to solve problems and reliable.
Applicant must be knowledgeable in all aspects of commercial construction including Pre-Engineered Metal Building & Concrete.
Typical Project range is $50K $5M.
Driver’s License required.
Individual must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen as well as random drug screen.Competitive salary and benefit package.Salary is based on experience level.
